Well did some research and not that much of a review rather than some saying they give low pay only haha
I guess i will holding on a bit more before jumping haha. It is a great place to work actually, just not my interest
Yup, will wait a little longer, still young ma ahaha.

You shouldn't stay because your future interviewers will question why you want to jump into development when you started a year of support. Your salary will probably be the same as an entry-level grad as well. In othet words, don't get pigeonholed into a support role for future employers to excuse their low salary offer to you. They will think that your dev. skills will have stagnated because you weren't doing development for the past year, which isn't really too far-fetched to say.

Not being racist or what, but companies which are based in india and employing india's indians are the shittiest ones to deal with.

This is from my short experience.

I probably had the same experience as you did. Outsourcing sucks.

I know some sounds quite normal (for a chinaman company) but I just wanna find a place to vent out after years of suppressing inside of me

He was implying it's normal for companies to behave as you described - just another apologist for shitty employer practices. It's good you're sharing so people discontinue enabling these shitty employers. Drop a review on Glassdoor at leasti: it's anonymous.
