Please add Olympia College.

It's a private college located at Klang Valley ( KL and PJ).

I was an ex staff at here. I'm working in Marketing Department. The marketing department that I'm working with is really a joke. Their marketing activities are really laughable.

Their CEO demand so high. He always critics us why there is no enrollement for past months and blame us not doing our job well.

Like hello, the college environment is really bad. It's more like a tuition centre and u expect people want to register at this college. Before this, there are many potential students coming at this college. But when they doing campus tour, most of them change their mind and register to other college. One of the factor is the environment and facility. That's all.

The staff turnover at this college is high. So many staffs are leaving. It includes Lecturer and also management staffs. And the CEO himself doesn't appreciate his own staff. Got one staff that working for 5 years and the CEO doesn't appreciate her and called her useless.

One of the reason why many staffs are leaving because of the LOW SALARY. Some of the staffs at Marketing Department, their salary starting RM1400. Other staffs also underpaid. Like how you want to survive with that kind of salary

They expect to do so many things but the pay is low and salary increment takes so many years to increase.

Mileage claims also low and takes time to claim. Their IT staffs are really a joke. Can't even do simple IT works and messing around with my PC last time.

Salary always late. Before this 2nd, then delay to 4th, then other month delays until 7th. The staffs at here are not many. If you work at factory, then it is acceptable if the salary payment is late.

If you have friends or other people that want to study at Olympia, please for god sake, go study at other college.

Seriously it's not recommended for u to study or working at Olympia. If you desperate for a job, u can work there. They always desperate and need more staff.

Olympia used to be good before.

But nowadays their quality is drop down. Management problem is one of the reason the student run away study at other college.

Olympia KL and PJ are the one that having less students.

Other campuses like JB, Penang, Kuantan and Ipoh are just fine.

The problem happened in PJ and KL campus only. The enrollment of the student is getting lesser and lesser. Especially PJ campus. It's like a ghost town college
