I actually think the punch card system is just shitty piece of crap system created ever.
I agree that we should take punctuality serious, but definitely not accumulation of one or two minutes in a working month... Imagine this--> 20 working days, with one or two minutes late occasionally and add up to 30 minutes late in accumulation. HR will pass you a note and you have to work out this by clocking out late. OR deduct salary. WTH ??? So typical chinaman to the max. |
