Prior to joining, already say work with tonnes of MNC and GLC, which is true. Then ask us(yes it's a group of new candidates) to describe one another on what we can do, what we learn etc, then boss will evaluate and give better package based on how we propose ourselves, talk and communicate.

End up appointment letter say must come and take. Then start on the day itself. Thinking okay fine, portfolio good so should be able to take bullet. First week was already a clear sign of nightmare. Bosses will be out for meeting, keep everything to themselves until 11.00pm ask for meeting (Yes they will fucking make you wait in office until that time) then scold everyone why never ask. I asked once and even emailed to ask if everything good, got fucked upside down saying I am impatient and I disregard her time. Finish meeting at 2.00am and she overpromised client that we are the besteresterst in the galaxy milky way.

2.00am cannot go back cuz need to do work in order to compensate her promise to client. She changes her idea as she suits and never tells others. Then she'll fuck everyone again despite not giving proper communication.

Managers are those who jilats the shit out of the bosses like her so good that you can hear the squeek when they lick. During project commencement, not a single hint of info shared until project date of execution/mobilization. Then all tergopoh gapah.

Not allowed to take mc or even half a day. Not allowed to go home on time or even 2 hours after working hour(even if there's nothing to do). Have to wait until boss meeting late at night fucking everyone up then only go back with new workload. Not allowed to go back hometown or even have social life. If you mention that you have plans after working hours, they'll say you prioritize fun more than work.(the managers)

Underpay you with promise that you work with GLC companies as your project. Project no claim until confirmed. Claim has no number and follows boss's heart.

Got the balls to tell you that whatever you learn before joining their company is bullshit as they are the real players.

When you tender, they will treat you god damn bloody ill and chase you out of the company on the morning you work. They will not even bother paying your claims or project allowance even if you are confirmed.

Work time(theoratically) 9-5. But you have to come to work earlier than that and expected to stay back till 12.00am or later. Otherwise you get mocked as half day and they start ill talking about you.

Please bear with my story and thanks. I have a question and would like to hear opinion from you guys. I am a fresh graduate Comp Sc (fresh out Dec 2015) got a job as a support engineer in a cool nice company (3 months only). 10/10 for working environment, no office politics at all.

The basic salary is good and since i am a support i usually have to work during public holidays and stuff. I am not complaining as the more the public holidays the more allowance i receive and the recent one was Feb CNY (public holiday working allowance) this year i got a huge pay 5K+ which is damnnnnnnnnnn good.

But the thing is i am not passionate with what i do, i am more interested in developments, testing rather than being a support and facing god damn annoying customers (not a call center).

So i have been looking for jobs, and one i found was a dev in Y3ll R3s3arch where the ad looks good because they emphasize on learning and bla2 which looks good in my eyes. But reached this thread and found it was listed as a CHINAman comp.

I went from 1st to last page but no reviews of the comp. So should i apply there, i dont mind the pay as long it is reasonable, i just want something that i like to do rather than waking up everyday for the sake of going for the job with no interest.

If Y3ll is not good, could you guys kindly suggest somewhere nice to start off as a fresh grad java developer or software tester (writing scripts etc) in KL/Selangor area?.

Also can i know is a support engineer career advancement good?. Just fresh out need opinions, experience from experts.
