Took me 30min~40

Had to reboot to enable Cortana.

Done mine as well

For those who can't get Cortana even after setting the region to US, you have to goto settings--> language --> then move "English(United States)" to the top of the list. (Just tap & hold it and you will find the option to move it)

After restarting your phone, you will get Cortana on app list.

so how good is cortana?

Got home at 9pm, finish everything at 1130pm. Too many data to migrate 28gb of them

I guess no setting to set it to default Celsius

Cortana sucks lots of battery though (wait, this sentence felt wrong)

Yup, cant find any setting to change to Celsius, my bing is on Celsius. Fahrenheit sucks
