#8 and #11 the best for me... smile.gif
#3 OOF jor...
#5 ler not focus on it's head...

Plz use smaller aperture...
Almosy all ur pics using f/4.5...
For macro shoot, f/8 will be better...
Since u said noise not the problem, then boost ur ISO and using smaller aperture will be OK... whistling.gif

Hello Master,

From this picture,
http://img232.imageshack.us/my.php?image=s...ngorangejc9.jpg

Can you pls share, how can you filter out the orange color while making others into monochrome?
Is it done by the camera filter or it's postprocessing by Photoshop?

Sorry I am new and noob here..
Thanks alot,
Wama1go

hmmm, if i still remember you have to play with the layers.

1st, copy/duplicate the background image. at the "layers" palette, you'll see a background layer and a background copy layer. Click on the "background copy" layer.

2nd, go to image > adjustments > desaturate and make your "background copy" layer black and white.

3rd, go to layer > layer mask > reveal all. Then make sure in the layers palette, you select the white blank sheet which is beside your "background copy".

4th, choose a hard brush, and choose the color black. Then opacity at 100%. Go to the area in the photo that you want to be colored, paint on it, do it nicely and you should be able to finish it. Then flatten the image. You're done. biggrin.gif

New updates:

Fashion photography/portraits of Evon T.

We tried to attempt and mimic photos from the 70s - 90s for the mood and feel, somehow we kinda sway away from the topic biggrin.gif

Anyway, a lamp was used as the lightning, there's no other lightning in the room. The windows are covered in green thick light absorbing material(it's the curtain actually) so i guess that's the only natural light available. All of the photos are shot in JPEG and edited in photoshop for the color effect.

#1, #8 and #12 gets my vote! thumbup.gif

C&C :
1. Good poses, nice model and acceptable feel.
2. Watch out for distracting backgrounds like the door knob and sill.
