Deciding factor (depends if ur thinking interns of investment or own stay lah ya) 1. Location (jam is good, jam means got human flow n I won't bother buying a place with no human flow) 2. Freehold 3. Partially furnish 4. I have trust and confidence with them in this matter. No progress claim , OBIS ( own bearing interest skim ) ? Better BTS ( built then sell ) lor , can sell higher price .Hopefully this project also the same, means that i can save some bank interest.
