Location, location n location. tongue.gif

Although this location always jam, jam location means strategic place. Dont u think KLCC area not jam at all? Do u think this area properties will depreciate beCause of jam or traffic?

MRT wil build in this area in future, means the properties in this area could be appreciate again.

This location is like a middle man, u can access to many plaCes from here. biggrin.gif

This project is free hold, good to buy in my eyes.

Prices wise, this is quite costly. sweat.gif

Ok we just confirmed our unit !

Deciding factor (depends if ur thinking interns of investment or own stay lah ya)
1. Location (jam is good, jam means got human flow n I won't bother buying a place with no human flow)
2. Freehold
3. Partially furnish
4. I heard good reviews on kerjaya prospek from industry friend if their work which gives me confidence of this project will be done well

Yes, this is the second time i bought from Kerjaya, i bought one of their unit 4 yrs back, the good art of construction work is like what you seeing in the show room when they handover the key to you. I have trust and confidence with them in this matter. Their financial status is very strong, from the bank statement, they only withdraw money from bank on the last yr and almost end of the construction process.

Hopefully this project also the same, means that i can save some bank interest. Haha. smile.gif

Hi kochin, the cheapest unit for 2 bedroon and 2 bathroon would be Rm500k++ (lowest floor) for the 645sf.

Their 645sf, 699sf as well as 814sf units comes with 2 bedroon and 2 bathroom.

Only their 909sf have 3 bedroom and 2 bathroon.

p/s: From my observation, when I booked my unit, almost all lower floor units have been sold out. Hope this info helps.

Wah ! Good ler . No progress claim , OBIS ( own bearing interest skim ) ? Better BTS ( built then sell ) lor , can sell higher price .

dont expect totally you no need to pay bank interest if you bought the unit.

During my time, the interest is cover by developer, DIBS, i never pay one cent for bank interest until the handover process.

I am not sure how will be this new project, even though u paid the bank interest, the developer will pay back the 3% of bank interest you paid during the 42 months of constructions period. Dont worry. smile.gif
