Could be the phone or maxis or sim card or just the location you are at now. No one can tell you. You need to do your own testing and determine the cause yourself.

Try another sim network and u will know.

Still no one can help you. Try another phone, try another sim card, call maxis, go samsung service center. Do whichever suites you.....

As sifu ant00 said no one can help you because your phone and coverage doesn't reach our spot. Best way to identify your issue is get another network sim card with LTE ready.

Old simcard might have conflict with LTE phone maybe. I have upgraded my sim to newest one no such issue.

Buy from shops like directd , satu gadget and courier it down . Nothing is cheap in PG and I'm from PG . Got me a shocked when i went 2 get a backup phone during CNY . Still selling 1899 , slightly nego for Note 2 in Prangin Mall and 1550+ for S4 Active . As for AP phones , a shop in Sunway Carnival is reasonable comparable to KL prices . This battery pack useless.i also have.only 3100mah and cable is damm short.not even charge 1 time full

Yes Samsung fixed it and now 3rd party chips works with s-view again in the NB4 firmware

That is erase the battery and also disable some v11 new features.
