Since this project price is lower than mesahill but is not less people talking on this project. Any bad side on this project? |

But as advised by agent i think this selling point is 5 star facilities, i dont think demand is a problem as long as environment is good, not everyone like to live with college students.And it is near to completed project sky bunglow which is more luxury and low density i assume.
