What do you thnk about Seri Pajam's prop bro as compared to Putra Nilai in terms of workmanship?

Tot of getting a DSL in Putra Nilai priced below 700K but seems that they dont have plans to launch such prop in the future.

Not sure about workmanship, but as I know Sri Pajam is a township, Nilai is few developer develop.. Both kinda near ... Maybe u can consider kota Warisan also ... Is kind of choice ..

Bro, Seri Pajam is a developer and they are developing a few props near Nilai like Citra Hill, CH 2, Nada Alam etc. I'm looking at new DSL bro, KW all are existing except for the yet to be launched BPW by IOI. Serene Heights also launching soon.
