what about the high density Mesahill condominium around 400m from one of the entrance of Mannipal International University ?

Is it like acceptable to invest for student?

hard to answer this type of question. prepare to hold 5 years and above considering market nowadays.
Today market buying property, you need to take into account for buying for own stay not just purely for investment only.
See what is your budget? is the location suit you? if not rented out, will you stay?..

nilai is highly demand for nowadays. Surrounding with a lot of university. i think its should be fine for future investment and also can rental for minimum 1k for student.
