Quieter on the Michellin XM2?

I just Changed my cabin filter with OEM product and the quality is par with original & fitted nicely. In here there is a guy is selling RM25 per piece but i brought 2 free 1 promotion just only RM50 + RM6 pos laju which mean only RM18.7 per piece

Honda SC charge RM90 +++ on that !!!!! Is very pretty easy to DIY if you follow the step as below :

Steps :
******

1) Open the glove compartment
2) Insert your hand and press toward inside at both adjuster and pull down the glove compartment
3) press both arrow toward inner side and gently pull out the filter box
4) Replace with the new cabin filter & restore back the glove compartment.
5) Don't throw the Original filter just use vacuum clean it and keep because near future when u air cond malfunctioning please change it back before you send to Honda SC

from honda malaysia website the Dust & Pollen filter is changed every 20k interval and it cost a whopping RM162.37 

20K need to change and 90+ just for the part and labor i don't know

I also refuse to change it at Honda. I told them no need, already did outside. Haha. Same goes for Air Filter (since already using K&N).

i told the SC i dont wanna change, he say, ok, no problem.

He say if no weird smell from your aircon then okay lo.

Just FYI, you can decline these 'value-added' services.

1. Injector cleaner (bloody expensive)
2. Cabin filter
3. Windscreen washer
4. Alignment/Balancing (if you got other outside shop that you trust, just go there)
5. Fuel treatment or any other similar crap

Every time I go I always say "remove all optional item, just do required one".

hi guyssss! emergency, my friend key got no battery so we force open manually then the f***ing alarm keep on buzzing, how to disable it omg, i unplugged battery still buzzing, *** lo, my neighbors complain ady!

For aircond? Do outside lah. Ask them is that mandatory or not? Compare price with website and ask again, let them break down the price to you in details.

sorry for the late reply. i remember my SC said the aircond service is RECOMMENDED once a year, which is equivalent with 20k interval.

that time, i tutup mata say yes only. haha. 

I never did mine as well, now already 60k. Hahaha.

Hehe I skipped that as well. Overpriced if buy from Honda. Outside cost 50% less I think.. Haven't replaced mine yet, just blow with air compressor only.

Soundproof is quite poor I guess, if it really bother you try and do a full floor & door soundproofing? Cost about 1.5k or so I think.

I'm not really savy in this thing, I try to look into it before, can't find any place for me to screw out the thing, seems different with older gen of city and civic, or can you guide me on it?

Sorry I was wrong, the pollen filter cost RM162.37, still damn expensive, from Honda website maintenance table.

My next service is 15k on this weekends, thinking whether want to use for Semi or Fully but I do have vouncher 25% discount if using Fully.

so far service three times, they have give for rebate voucher every time of service. 

Hello all people !

I had a question here.
I drive a City 2013 Facelit 5 speed auto.

When I drive over 160km/h (3400 RPM), the car comes up with some weird sound, is something like "feeeeeeeeeet".

What will cause that sound? Car mileage around 17k only.

150kmh only already got noise? 

The 1st time I heard that noise is around 170kmh (3800RPM). 

Means that if I request for changing the rubber I need to change the windscreen also  ?

similar issue too. at 150km/h there is a sound like peeeeeeetttttt coming in.    so claim a new rubber?
