Guys, I am playing Sacred 2 and the game load a lot. I wanna run the game via HDD instead of DVD.
Can I hook up 500Gb hard disk using usb port and install the game there or do I need the Xbox HDD?

Not all HDD are compatible with Xbox 360, you can try google for compatible ones or you will have to buy the xbox HDD. Even if you can get a compatible one for more economic price, you still have to went through the trouble of installing it.

At the xbox website , it states it cost $44 for 2000 MS Points , I'm wndering if that is in USD ( which would be rather silly , ) or SGD .

All Microsoft Xbox 360 Component AV Cable does come with Optical Output. (even I may add so, Third party do come with Optical Output as well).

You can easily purchase these cable on any Game stores.
