20GB is sufficient. unless you want to download a lot of sutfff .. but mostly those are for americans..

but since now they even launch xbox games download able... maybe you might need a bigger hard drive

yea... if you wan a lot of downloaded old games...
then you should get 120G HDD... but if you play recent games and download demo is ok...

probably a noob question here, but how do you transfer files from your thumbdrive into the 360, is it possible? plus, is there a way to know what files it supports?

I think so. i checked my Lot # is 0738 (over 0734), with HDMI output and manufactured on 27/9 (after 24/8)...i don't know how to check the heatsink

another question... if i hook my 360 to an SDTV with a component cable, do i have to switch on the HD switch on the cable? cos my TV does inform me that it's displaying 480p, although it looks fine just as it is with the cable switched on SDTV.
