yeah, i wanted to ask the same question. i was planning to buy a 360 this thursday, but gamer's hideout last time i checked only had refurbished xbox 360s... so, are refurbs second-hand or something?

getting a 360 soon enough...

and i'll be buying mass effect, confirmed. but... i also plan to buy an additional game but i need you guy's opinions on this. i was thinking of buying the orange box, cos the value is just so damn awesome (eventhough i probably won't play TF2 cos i won't get gold membership). but other than that i'm also eyeing bioshock, halo 3 (but still, i won't get online MP), assassin's creed or oblivion. sooo... which should i get?

and plus, are the prices of these games different?

i only have money to buy one game, but omg... all of them sounds so goooood....

assassin's creed review is kinda all over the place lah... ign gave it 7-point-something, 1up gave it 7, and gamespot gave it 9.5, dunno which one to believe. damn, i still can't decide!

but i just negotiated with my friend, he's gonna buy bioshock so then we can trade, awesome. and i've changed my mind on halo 3. to play 4 player kena beli 3 extra controllers, plus, my tv is so damn crappy and small. AND i get the feeling the single player won't last me long. so now it comes down to orange box or oblivion..

any word on the pricing of the new batch?

just bought one yesterday at GH for RM1660. basically the premium set with 3 free games, viva pinata, forza 2 and the other you choose from a list (quite a crappy list i might add >_>). the hardware itself is the zephyr model with the HDMI port and a second heatsink.

can you buy MS points here in KL? if so, how much does it cost?

is there anyway to use keyboard + mouse on the 360?

probably a noob question here, but how do you transfer files from your thumbdrive into the 360, is it possible? plus, is there a way to know what files it supports?

another question... if i hook my 360 to an SDTV with a component cable, do i have to switch on the HD switch on the cable? cos my TV does inform me that it's displaying 480p, although it looks fine just as it is with the cable switched on SDTV.

i dunno for sure lah, but it seems that the 3ROL problem is random. some people still have their day one 360 without any problem, some kena problem the first week baru beli... maybe the latest model is better who knows? we don't have the statistics.

weii you can just buy from shops lah... kedai kecik kat OU ada, GH also have... ahaks

this is probably not the right thread for this question, but where can i buy xbox1 games? i didn't have an xbox before (ps2 gamer here!) and i think i missed quite a few awesome games when xbox came out.

i desperately need a new tv (or a mointor, whatever la) for my 360, but i'm not really that knowledgable about it. i don't know what price is cheap for a good tv, have no idea about which is good, hdmi, or component, dunno which is better, LCD, or HDTV, or plasma (i don't even know the difference) someone help me out puh-lease...
