actually I have 1 issue. I dont have any documentation stating I am pledging the FD, it's gotta headache again when the time I wanna get my FD release...

just called premier CS last Friday, wanna redeem TP to enrich, this round they said normal TP not allowed to use 4.5TP:1EM

So previously were mistake?

Anyway, redemption via CS is faster than online, TP deduct immediately and take less than 24hrs to be credited into EM site.

I meant TP earn NOT from M2C Premier is not allowed to use 4.5:1 ratio.

1.65 weeks I assumed?

My other cards stay, wanna save up the hassle.

Now collecting points for my CNY trip.. need 190k EM, kind of far haha

Last month using 4500tp online redemption for premier mix non-premier point went through.

Last 2 week using same method got rejected.

Called to Premier CS ask for 4500tp option for all TPs got rejected too, so just ask her go for premier TP and credit into EM account next day.

that's wat I told her, she put me on hold then tell me can't

normal TP not much tho, can keep for GST redemption, all the GST have not come in yet since Sep

Generally we all get 3 years validity as local Malaysian, be it pledge or normal application.

Call to CS last night, EM point in today, quite efficient.

One way ticket done, waiting enrich promotion (if any), meanwhile collecting return points.

Today receive a call from CS, she explain to me how to spend in order to eligible for the free air miles, which I sent a sms few month back, something like spend 50k for 15k airmiles.

Then I ask her, are you calling to congratulate me for winning that? She say no, she calls to explain how am I going to spend to make myself eligible for it, LOL

Before hang up, she ask if any of my friend want to sign up new card, can call her.

benefit wise, I am flying Europe next month, with business class and the return ticket cost me approx. RM3,800 return (with EM redemption(convert to cash value) + tax)

I have no problem to meet the min. spending requirement to waive the annual fee.

Online takes 3~4 days.
Call to premier helpline, next day u get ur EM credited in. The CS will tell u it takes 7~10 working days, but I did several times and all in next working day.

Maybank revised 400TP : RM1 effective 1 March.
