while the macros with burgers are someone reasonable considering the price... and also the sodium did helps you postworkout.. beware of that cholesterol though and take care of your micronutrients also besides eating McD to fill your macros

QUOTE(Davy123 @ Feb 19 2014, 11:24 AM) I don't want to look like imba musclemen Arnold or those who's on par with the ones in competitions.. You have to understand. Even if you wanna be, it's not easy. You must have perfect training regime and also strict diet to even go near Arnold's level. And also, Arnold was an avid 'cyclist' I jz want some man muscle curves.. my Bmi is now 20.5 plan to make it near 23 that's like 5-8 kg to gain Advice pls If you want something like C Ronaldo or something, first thing you gotta do is read the stickies, then head over to bodybuilding.com and read the stickies there. You have to go through this to learn proper way to do this. What's ur height and weight. |

I may be wrong,, but from what you have indicated above (BMI), means that you have not done your homework yet. PLease do start with the stickies as GameFr3ak suggested. BMI number means nothing if you are serious into BB. Get your BF, TDEE, and BMR.I jz want some man muscle curves.. my Bmi is now 20.5 plan to make it near 23 that's like 5-8 kg to gain Advice pls |

I'm adding insight. I see so people doing stuff like they're prepping for an IFBB competition. I have a family, a social life. My workouts are mostly half hour or so in the gym. I enjoy mcd, wan tan mee and nasi lemak at sub 10% bodyfat and my big 3 lifts are easily in the 1000lbs club and i always back up my claims with videos. You don't see me training 7 days a week 2 hours a day in the gym. It's all about flexibility in diet and training. It's about balance. |

I eat mcD after 1hour workout 3 times a week..do take my non-animal protein shake as well after workout..and I have my fav ice cream in my fridge which I eat almost every night..on normal days I do the normal routine..roughly 2000+kcal intake per day..
Been 3 months and I gain 1 kg per month and got some man curves..it's slow but I can take this speed..jz want to see if thr are ppl who take fastfoods after workout..looks like yes.. Until I achieve my goal of another 5-7kg I'll keep on doing this since I think it's right This post has been edited by Davy123: Feb 23 2014, 03:50 PM |

Despite the have no life and psychological issue that sometimes we need to pamper our self for long run aka cheat meal, isn't that lean meat(chicken breast) and brown rice + veges is still best combo compared to Mc D nasi lemak all those bad fat, high sodium stuff? Which is contradicting to eating clean. Kind of confused here You make the diet suit you, not you make yourself suit the diet. I have a life. Or it is somehow acceptable if the training is very intense? Care to explain? This post has been edited by helven: Mar 5 2014, 03:32 PM |

IMO McD should be eaten in moderation, not as a main source to get bulked, unless you don't mind extra fat hanging from your belly (like power lifters). So it depends on your goals.
The main concern is not the calories, but the additives, fat, salt and sugar content in their food. Why not go for brown rice, sweet potatoes and wholegrain bread instead? |

And a lot of people forget. Quite a few broscience individuals are on juice. So comparing our gains to theirs is a flaw. We go at our own pace.

Sure no problem. Mcdonalds set also serves as a pre workout meal too.
1.coke has caffeine and sugar which is like having a pre exercise booster. 2. carbs from the fries and bread for energy. 3. meat for protein 4. some vege for fibre 5. sodium so that you can live for another day |
