Sure no problem. Mcdonalds set also serves as a pre workout meal too.
1.coke has caffeine and sugar which is like having a pre exercise booster. 2. carbs from the fries and bread for energy. 3. meat for protein 4. some vege for fibre 5. sodium so that you can live for another day |
