LOL not gonna use UV lights man. Those things promote algae growth like crazy. Using normal red tubing and fittings with LED lights. But i won't complete the project till end of June. Too much things going on, and got somestuff left to buy.

Oh please. WC is worse. I thought gonna spend few hundred only get cheap cheap stuff like XSPC. Then Kena poison like siao. Budget exploded. Literally.

I'm hoping to get something like this though when I do get a custom MKB.

Guh I'm looking at blue switches since it's supposed to be better for typing. Are the brown switches okay for typing?

Or is it just a marketing thing haha.

naise. Does anyone know how to get this kind of led effect? like evenly distributed under the cap?

Yes they are. Browns are a good middle ground between gaming and typing, but I prefer my Blues for Doto.

Regardless, any of the switches are definitely better than a conventional membrane keyboard. It takes a couple of hours of getting used to btw. It took me 2 hours to get used to my Browns.

Blue is deemed the best for typing because of the tactile feedback and the audible click noise. Brown is almost the same, except it lacks the sound and the feedback is less apparent compared to the blues.
