Guys

I have received a present of HTC One (M7). Unfortunately, its without the original charger . Currently, i'm using the Samsung S4 Charger (2.0A) which would charge the M7 approximately 30-35% per hour. Is this normal? Any other charger would do a better job?

Got back my phone at last. So far, purple tint problem solved, sim unable to detect problem seems solved too and I notice they change the back casing of my phone as my beats logo is kinda fade off before I send in, but when I receive it the beats logo looks totally new but there is scratches on the other part of back casing    checked IMEI and S/N its still same and they updated my phone to the latest hboot which is 1.57    thought no chance to S-OFF anymore, but apprantly firewater works   

Other than that, they really dont take care of customer phone properly    my screen protector full of scratches , glue marks, finger print and some unknown substances which I have to change to a new one 

Something wrong with my original cable, I use original cable to charge from 11pm till next day morning my battery still can't fully charge just get to charged from 10% to 60%, meanwhile I use my old Nokia cable it charge normally.

I kinda feel that they screwed up my phone too. On the day I go collect and they told me I unable to collect, the front desk person ask me "Your phone cant be switch on right? Thats why they took longer to repair" and thats not the case, my phone is perfectly fine except for purple tint and I show him the service report, there obviously stated by him "Camera Purple Tint & SIM Tray Issues" and he even turn on my phone and try when I send in    HTC Customer Service really hopeless 
Not sure if replaced with new one or they mixed up with other person unit. As the back case does not looks new to me beside the beats logo.

Hey guys, was wondering if you guys can shed some light on my problems..

First problem: Whilst taking pictures, I can never get my duo camera to work, there'll always be a pop-up stating that the duo camera is blocked when it isn't, I tried taking off my cover, wiping the dust away, nothing seems to be working.

Second problem: This is on incoming and outgoing calls. So basically, everytime I answer a call, there's a chance of it not going through, however, I can see the seconds rolling in but I can't hear the other party and the call ends with a loud "doot". Same goes with outgoing.. Funny thing is, I'm having 5 bars for connectivity.

Hi guys. I just recently got back my htc one m7 black 32gb for repair on the camera purple tint issue via SenQ after 1month+. Turns out, while pointing the camera towards fluorescent lighting the camera turns green, but after it focus it turns back normal. same goes after capturing the photo.

But that is not my main concern, now my phone doesnt want to vibrate. i've check all the settings from power saving mode to restarting my phone but have not factory reset it yet. i've also tried the htc guide>support>trouble shooting>sound & vibration test, and my phone still doesnt vibrate. 

Just wondering did anyone else experiencing this two problems? Any advise is much appreciated.

Just updated to 4.4.3.

I'm not sure about overall performance but what I noticed, beside those listed in the update window, is the update includes 2 additional apps.

1) File Manager (I never seen this app before in my list so I'm assuming it is from the update)
2) Dr.eye (translation app if I'm not mistaken)
