Somehow I don't feel anything about tonight.
Not nervous, not confident, not excited. Nothing.
What the hell is wrong with me?

Well, to be honest, the lads really surprise me last night.
I never thought we could match Bayern players to players (or I would say we were the better side), from the beginning until the red card. After the red card, it was clearly just a one-way traffic. If it were 11v11, I'm more than sure we would get something from that match. |

QUOTE(Rei7 @ Feb 20 2014, 01:17 PM) Same surprise when we visit Munich soon. Hope so. Another 2-0 is great tho.Sayang la the ref have to spoil what could have been the match of the season. Yeah, ref's decisions played some part too, but Ozil's penalty miss wasn't help us either. But nothing we can do anymore. Move on to the next game. There is so much positive things that can be taken from this match. And it's weird to think that we're going to play them without our 1st choice GK, but still feel as much confident, as our 2nd GK is good too. The only regret is, that match might come too early for Ramsey. Really want to see Ozil, Ramsey and Flamini together in midfield again. Ramsey tenacity + Flamini aggression + Ozil precision. |

You can't really ask for more than that. Plus, he exceeded everyone's expectations too. Who would've thought he is this good. |

QUOTE(kazekage_09 @ Feb 20 2014, 01:54 PM) cannot like that. you need to post with all proof and all that. such as why u say ozil not bad. give example. elaborate more. give suggestion and solution. later they said we become like /k. From now on, after every match I'll go to their thread to read their post-match analysis.Complete with total passes, distance covered, shots count, who dives who doesn't, ref's wrong/right decisions etc. We are so lucky to have them here in FL you know. |

QUOTE(HiperPanda @ Feb 20 2014, 02:30 PM) But, if i recall correctly, Ox was deployed as LW during his early days. I wonder y dint Wenger use him as LW as i think Ox's defensive quality r better than those 3. Gnabry or Rosicky can play RW until Theo return. Yeah. In fact he played on LW in the opening day vs Villa - the day he got the knee injury.I think that is why Wenger doesn't want to play him in that position again. As for our next match against Sunderland, I really hope to see Ozil get a rest. Deploy Santi as CAM, Gnabry RW, Ox LW. Rosicky to starts instead of Jack. And considering Bergkamp will be at the Emirates, we could play him as ST. |

It was a foul and a penalty, but never a red card.

QUOTE(rosicky_return @ Feb 20 2014, 05:40 PM) red card or not.. sometime ref giv sometime they don't... it was part of the game... maybe it just split of second for ref to decide red or yellow... Agreed. we might say koscielny late tackle on Muller was similar with Ozil penalty... some give penalty some don't.. so... It is easier for us, the fans, to judge because we have so many footages/replays/slo-mos to refer to. Take the Demichelis/Messi incident for instance. The initial contact was outside the box, but it was nearly impossible for the referee to decide in that particular time. But again, there is no point we keep arguing about this. It won't change the result anyway. Move on to the next game. Bring on Sunderland! |

Re Ozil, I think even if he does score the penalty, he's going to be rested anyway for today.
Expect Santi or Jack to play in the hole today, and hopefully can see Poldi starts. COYG! |

QUOTE(crispycreame @ Feb 23 2014, 03:51 PM) I think it comes down to the amount of wages. Perhaps it's not good enough for him. Just give him the amount he wants Money is never a problem. Its all about the lenght of the contract. QUOTE(TheRedRanger @ Feb 23 2014, 03:58 PM) QUOTE(JustcallmeLarry @ Feb 23 2014, 04:01 PM) When Ramsey comes back who would wenger play in the middle now? Wilshire or Ramsey?? I think ox will play on the right now when fit. Ramsey for sure. Although both of them are on par going forward, Ramsey is much better in defending/tackling. |

Heard it somewhere that Ramsey has an outside chance to make the Bayern game. But I don't think he'll be going to be risked anyway.

Let's finish ur career here and become one of Arsenal legend. Even if he does come back, he won't be an Arsenal legend. I'd rather give it to Pascal Cygan. |
