today wanna confirm my card it said after waiting one day from maybank :

"The Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience"

how to settle this?

any why i need to charge for rm10?

"Note: To generate your 4-digit code, a small charge of RM10.00 MYR will be made to your card. This amount will be automatically reimbursed to your PayPal account within 24 hours after you are successfully Verified."
