This is a discussion treat, nobody gets spoon-feed here, spend some times do some reading and you'll get some good info and learn a lot. If don't bother to read then go for Assteruk.

1 & 2, basically all boxes above RM150 can do this...But if you want something as seamless and foolproof as Assteruk...Then get Assteruk. Don't expect to get something people pay so much monthly for free and easily. And again for free stuff you need to do some learning and reading to help yourself maintaining the service. If somehow someone willing to spoon-feed you for the first time, you'll face some problems that need a little knowledge to overcome very soon too.
3, maybe you can fix your box inside the fridge to achieve this....
