QUOTE(AVFAN @ May 26 2015, 06:44 PM) rm150... tough. thx bro .. i download from pc and transfer to my usb drive .. maybe can recommend low end player that have a little bit qualityyou will not get a decent android box for that price. but possibly can get a low end media player - one that does playback only (mkv included), no dwnlding, no or very basic connection to internet. visit the it stores - u will see a variety of all kinds of players. |

QUOTE(Prissy Elf @ Nov 9 2015, 05:19 PM) Dear sifus, upgrade to unifi .. they will give u stb android box and can be use for kodi (im using it now).I'm planning on getting an android TV box to replace Astro for my parents. Nothing to watch on Astro anymore. Keep repeating the same series over and over. Basically to watch China, HK, Taiwan series/movies, Taiwan live news update and English series/movies. Can someone recommend a good one? I was hoping for one which can support Kodi. Been looking at Xiaomi MiBox but read somewhere that the RAM is not enough to support Kodi caching which causes Kodi to freeze/crash. My budget is around RM300-RM500. My TV is not a smart TV but has HDMI connection. Internet streamyx 4mbps considering to upgrade to unifi 5mbps. Thank you! This post has been edited by ekudz: Nov 9 2015, 05:39 PM |

QUOTE(Prissy Elf @ Nov 11 2015, 01:26 PM) TM called to give promotion to upgrade to Unifi 5mbps. Will they give me the new stb android box with google play store pre-installed? im using 5mbps and no problem .. except playing 1080 movies .. need to wait for buffering .. other's all ok ..QUOTE(voncrane) What AVFAN says.. nod.gif ... Also, you should consider upgrading to 10Mbps or the newer 30Mbps package. You'll need it to stream most content. Will 5mbps work? Must make sure can stream before terminating Astro or my parents will kill me! for stb .. u just need to make report for stb replacement (if still under warranty) if not .. cant change. all new unifi package TM currently provide with new android box .. this is what i told .. |
