im getting my ipod video 60gb soon

was thinking about engraving some words on the back

any ideas where to get it done?

Order your iPod through the Apple store and you'll have the option of having it engraved and delivered to you. Other options? Find someone with a laser. A big, industry-spec laser.

my brother told me there are shops in japan that sell and engrave ipods for their customers. have to pay premium price though. customized design somemore

I think the service is only available in US.
They engrave few words on your iPod for free.
Sony VAIO also providing this service, engraving your laptop for free.

Too bad the service is not available in Malaysia.

the most fascinating engravement was with the words "Don't Panic" on the back

My friend has a 60GB 4th or 5th generation with "Dark Side of the Moon" or something of the like on the back. Total Pink Floyd tribute.

I wasn't aware that the Apple online stores here didn't do engravings. My iPod was brought in from the US after having it ordered to my uncle's home.
