Saw two units. One with the courtyard and another with pics here where u can see ground floor hall from 1st floor empty space. R there any other 3 storey designs besides these?

new resident checking in. house currently under massive repair.... please check your tiles for hollow sound when knock. they are now redoing all my tiles on the stairways and front porch. too many to count. guess got at least 50 pieces of tiles needs redo.

flooding in living hall. water coming out from matv point. balcony badly leaked. exterior wall and fencing wall crack especially at the back (near kitchen)

I must says I like the design and community but the quality really a big let down.

can't wait to move in...

hope the developer is reading this.

And i think k2, nadayu92, and
Tropicana Height is a better
Choice because of location and

oic. which type is that bro? My type A got some substantial defects last time and got developer guys to fix most of them. i do realize most leakage in my houses coming from sunroof. check that too bro.

yes bro. some of our subsales buyers already claimed defects from developer.

Mine is Type B. So far the sunroof is ok. The developer has been working on the defects. No drama on that but worry that after Augest which is the due date for maintenance, new problem start appearing...

Folks,

Google earth just updated the satellite picture in our area. Nadayu92 is fully visible now. You can guess when this picture was captured by finding when the owner in Jalan 1/4 putting a red party tent. Anyone can tell when ?

Also, Tropicana Heights is visible now.

You can also roughly guess how the new road being build at the back of Nadayu to Kajang 2 and Tropicana Heights.

When does the defect and liability period over for n92 2.5 storeys? Anyone?

should be july 2015.

Many defect not ractify?

Minimal defects on mine actually...hv to make sure early next year to check again

extension of the fence being done...soon we will put extra lights, spikes and also cctvs

The grass and plants in the picture is
not at its top condition. Grasscutting
schedule is on?

actually the plants have just been planted liao. lol. slowly but surely we will get there. fyi thats not lalang but pokok nenas on 1st pic and 2nd pic showing pokok serai. for a bananaman, i didnt expect him to not pick that up. wtf. lol

Check out the high fence they used in Kiara park in the following link. It is climb proof without special tools.

we might install that too. i dont want to spoil the news here. just wait for it to come first. also dont forget some improvements in terms of extra facilities soon like party room with pool table, fuzzball and dart and sophisticated gym on 1st floor while the gallery may be turned into community hall cum aerobic class hall. slowly but surely we will get there.

good occupancies in n92. but we hope to have more occupanies so that the place will be livelier.

i have read through the thread and its seems MRT/KTM station is proposed. Is that confirmed and is that MRT station really connecting there since i read the MRT station is only in jalan reko and not somewhere near kajang 2. please clarify.
