Hello Nadayuians,


Sorry for the delay to open a new thread for version 2.0. Anyway, for those who are interested to know about Nadayu 92, here is the link from Propwall:

See that land being cleared? Check out the high rise shop/office attached to proposed ktm/mrt line (also in the attachment). shopping mall is next to it. Tropicana heights will also featured commercials with streams flowing near the commercial. Nadayu is a GEM coz sandwiched between the malls.

d) Take note on the new access roads:

i) Flyover from Persiaran Bangi ( 4 lanes)

ii) Backroads linking Nadayu 92 to Kajang 2 and Tropicana Heights

iii) Tunnel from MIROS (4 lanes)

For now, cheap and cheerful 7cents psf. Fyi, once gst kicks in, services will go up in price. Just imagine those gng now that is charging 20cents psf.

Sure bro. See if i got time, i will post nadayu 92 in relation to tropicana heights. Previously i only posted nadayu 92 in relation to kajang 2. Overall this place surely ong.

Here is the location of Nadayu 92 in relation to Kajang 2 shopping mall, KTM/MRT station, and Tropicana Heights mall, modern market, 16 acres of central park and other amenities. Take note that new Mydin mall (which is just 10min drive) is also quite close. Other stuff you should be aware of are the 4 lanes tunnel, all schools etc.

Distance of Nadayu 92 entrance to Tropicana entrance (if you wanna go tomorrow is just circa 500m). The mall, modern market etc of Tropicana Heights is at the entrance itself. You can just walk to all of the commercial centres in Kajang 2 and Tropicana Heights if you want to. However, I believe most Malaysians are too lazy. Lol

Next time i will post on provision for nadayu 92. You will be updated from time to time on the improvements that JMC has worked on and will work on in the future.

Dont just limit yourself to 2 storeys only. judging from Tropicana Heights price, you can also opt for 2.5 storeys or 3 storeys depending on your pocket. Price PSF is cheaper for bigger units

LOL. Thanks bro. The way I see it, this area needs each other. Without Kajang 2 access, TH and N92 will be in bad shape. TH commercials pulak goes well with Kajang 2 commercials. both commercials pulak need N92, K2, TH and other surrounding population to support them. Boleh katakan simbiosis la semua ni.

Mydin mall. Last time i took 10min to this mall coz i took jalan jauh. It is actually 5min. Lol
