when you said last night, everybody checked. there wasnt any incident on the last night you mentioned. but anyhow, we took note on it already. now we have changed our guards and also increased the personnel. more CCTVs were installed too and double volume fence will be installed.

I noticed there are new barbed wire fencing installed (above the perimeter wall) near the Tropicana side..are these part of the added security? Or to prevent the other smaller visitors? :-)

Quite enjoyable. Because:
1. Appreciation has been steady. 2 storeys launched rm400k, now rm620k. 2.5 storeys launched rm610k, now rm850k. These are official numbers by cimb. Fyi
2. Price will climb up further coz developments in Tropicana and K2 and surrouding road upgrades
3. Facilities are not bad. Some will be upgraded. Stay tuned
4. Not so crowded as it is quite an exclusive gng strata title taman.

Yes. No unifi so far. U can opt for umobile mifi. Not bad. TM mentioned by 30th june, streamyx will be available. Most likely unifi will be available by end of year of next year.

If tiles u follow like some original design of phase 1, then no need. Glass awning needs approval

3. Big drain cover = in completion stage
