Circuit diagram damn nice to read Geh.. Of coz have to understand lo..


Mode 23 shd be a logging mod. It will log everything when u drive so u can retune it base on it later

wa how to parse/decipher the logged data? sounds like a lot of work also sweat.gif

you think it'll help in making what i want to achieve with the mivec timing easier? or actually more hassle than dyno/butt tuning?

Mode23 for sure better.. Real driving situation
Dyno not real situation
Dyno are at full load only..
Real. Driving tell u at this rpm this load u r doing this afr this number of knock per second .. Etc.. The afr onboard is a narrow band afr only

hmm i guess it depends on how accurate you need the data to be? i mean, NA 1.8 also, not too much you can play with la right? it kinda depends on how the mode23 can be enabled and deciphered, and if you have to deal with hex codes, might as well screw it and stick to simpler methods tongue.gif

U are getting it jo ...
There is "That" much u can do on 1.8 only .. summore an NA .. squeeze one or two hp out is nothing to shout or feel at all ..
what we wan is a smoother and healthy engine.

Did u ever wonder why Diesel engine have a lower cruising RPM ?
Why F1 have so many Gears ?
