If the tray is specifically designed to reduce drag (wind resistance la).... then yes....

But if its a generic undertray.... it could even add more drag if the air is not properly channeled... no??
i agree...
i like the duct tape on it tho.. haha cool
if you ask me... if ppl advertise it as a skid pan then it would be more feasible. but to say it reduces drag, not unless the entire bottom is covered as once it passes that area the rest of your crap will create turbulence.
i also agree on the heat part.. as the exhaust is now facing inwards, closing up the bottom of your engine bay is not a good idea. im already trying to think of a way to channel cold air into that area to cool down the pipes as i have no heat shield..
usually you would commonly see these under tray stuff on rally cars... but that is a totally different use for it. that is meant to ensure no sh!ite gets into the car as its rolling around the mud and gravel causing more damage.
another type of drag this thing would cause would be how much of a drag it would be for the mechanic when you wanna change your engine oil... it will probably cost you more to change your engine oil, do fixes or change your exhaust system or o2 sensor in the future...
if i see my bud this weekend, i'll try to take a pic of his evo 10s underside... see if its installed stock..
oh btw.. never introduced myself... im Vyraz! Hi!
