QUOTE(hfi @ Mar 5 2014, 02:14 PM) Zouma has been kicking ass in FM for years. I'm quite jelly that you guys got him, but i'm excited to see how he does. Great capture nonetheless. I never signed him in FM..huhu I always go for Craig Dawson.. well credit to our Director of Football Mr. Emenalo. He is the one that responsible for every signing since 2010 except Torres , that transfer was handled by Roman camp.

QUOTE(eeki @ Mar 5 2014, 02:37 PM) IMO Luiz case, if 35M and above. Ok to sell. Strictly on value and footballing perspective, it's definitely valid. Good replacements can be found in defense and midfield. But Luiz has a great personality and a crowd favourite. He brings an extra something when he plays and I like seeing that. He brings his own flavour to the game, the riskiness is part of that. I would be sad to see him go.

Sometimes when you watch him playing, especially at CB, it's like a ticking bomb....you don't know when he will make a mistake.

Sometimes when you watch him playing, especially at CB, it's like a ticking bomb....you don't know when he will make a mistake. I think PL CB must play a bit different. Many pundits say if even the likes of Ramos and Pepe come to PL, will end up playing DM or b2b mid. David Luiz in midfield is very good. He has all the neccessary attributes. He's qualities from CB at Benfica are "transferrable" to DM here. We are not a seller club, if a top club appreciates the talent we have, why shouldn't we makes use of it instead. inb4 Mata to United This post has been edited by Zeuss1220: Mar 5 2014, 05:26 PM

"Glen Johnson 'lost respect' for Mourinho"» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Liverpool defender Glen Johnson has outlined just why he believes Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is a better man-manager than Chelsea's Jose Mourinho.
Johnson, who left Stamford Bridge for Portsmouth in summer 2007 - shortly before the end of Mourinho's first reign - before moving on to Anfield two years later, claims he lost faith in the Portuguese after being dropped ahead of a big Champions League game against Barcelona.
"It was difficult for me under Jose at Chelsea because there was a moment when he said I deserved to play on merit," the 29-year-old told the Daily Mail. "He said if I played well in the next game I would play the week after. I got man of the match so he couldn't drop me.
"Then in the next game he said the same thing and I got man of the match again. Then we had another game and after that Barcelona. I remember speaking to my agent and saying, 'He won't play me in this game because if I play well then he has to play me against Barcelona', and I knew that wasn't going to happen.
"He didn't play me in that game and from that moment I just lost it and thought, 'Well, how am I meant to respect you now? It's just finished'."
"Brendan wouldn't do that. He's shown that if you're good enough you're old enough and you'll play in the big games if you deserve to. So, in terms of man-management, Brendan is definitely better." This is LOL, i dont even remember he was any good in CHELSEA, even now at LIV he was not good either, a fullback that cant defend well and cant attack well against BARCA, him or FERREIRA ? is a no brainer really. Drop just one game and lost faith already? Got plenty of reasonable reasons for mourinho to decide on that.

For me, LB - Van Aanholt, Azpi RB - Iva, Wallace CB - Cahill, Terry, Zouma, Luiz Would LOVE to see Wallace and PVA return from loan spells and fight for starting 11 next season. With this set up, we are very flexible I would say, Iva can play at CB if u guys think Luiz is not consistent. Azpi can also play RB if required. But then, if Barca bid high for Luiz, I would say just sell him. And get Varane.

As for zouma, 4th choice cb will be his place.

QUOTE(briantwj @ Mar 6 2014, 11:07 AM) Can think of any promising RB young players on loan. Hutchinson? nope Hutchinson already 24 and barely play on loan..his injury always coming back to haunt him.. so far only Wallace and Todd Kane.. but Kalas can also play as RB. Prepare to freak out: Hazard picked up a knock in the Belgium game Source and.. This post has been edited by Ichighost: Mar 6 2014, 06:03 PM
