A draw would be a fair result though, lampard's moment make all the different.

Brutal steal from the Evertonians. But every team for themselves right?
No positives from the game, besides the 3pts, we should forget about this game ASAP.

And massive respect to RM once again. Speaking from the league's perspective, he's not a manager we deserve, but a manager we need.

Agree.. Before game, Martinez said he prepared special strategy to face chelsea and need perfection for his players to deliver. They almost do it!

Hard fought win!our attacking play just seems so out of ideas...can't recall a single penetrating pass from anyone except matic's long ball for oscar in the first half, and hazard's neat pass to put in lampsy.

Oscar is starting to remind me of a shorter version of ramires, with a slightly better first touch. That's what a lack of competition can do to u.schurrle should've been in from the start.

Willian is also starting to look like another version of ramires with a slightly better shot and bit more hair.so many players to backtrack and defend, not a single one apart from hazard with actual finesse.

Sigh.yes i do miss mata now. Problem wasn't our defence..it was our lacklustre attack.

P.s: ironically, when the real ramires came on he actually did better than most of our attacking mids.

you don't say thaat cry.gif

deep inside, i still remember him as the one that was put aside for the like of someone (who apparently is getting lacklustre) just because he doesn't defend well..

Got some thread accuse ramires of diving.  Jagielka did touch him and he make the most out of it. doh.gif
*
jagielka should know that ramires will "definitely" fall if get any contact.. bad choice, he should move out the way or hope that referee wont blow tongue.gif

Mata is a MU player already. We got option in Salah, Shurlle but Mou seems only know to use oscar willian and hazard only. Everyone can predict this line up for each game.

I also surprise why he didn't start schurlle. His movement seems good when he come in just now.

worse game by far i've seen from oscar today. too much partying i guess. lol...
but chelsea first 30 mins also not very convincing. seems like they play different sort of tactical. players dont want to press everton's midfielders. very slow pace.

but credit have to give to everton too. their flanks gave a hard time towards ivanovic and azpi in the first time with naismith always went to the side of the pitch.

for me ivanovic is the man of the match for today's game.

Our supposedly first choice number 10 seems to be going downhill atm. Fatigue is a poor excuse too imo.how many games did he play under rdm/rafa again?'tons' is the word that comes to mind.

Still believe it's a mistake, but the even bigger blunder was not replacing him adequately and flogging KDB while we're at it. Well at least he's got time on his side, and we can look forward to schurrle getting some chances.
