at least i dont tell u ytlreit is good    for me, a reit that is able to grow is much better than stagnant 1

- YTL
- Amanahraya
- AmFirst
- Hektar (due to high gearing)
- Al-Aqar
- Tower

The rest all I also got a bit itch to buy...be Bolehland version Pahlawan Dividen

What is the reit you advise to go for? I'm holding sunreit and igbreit only. Hard to find value nowadays, just accumulate cash only 

I have others. Just I can't find value in other stocks too. Looking for long term 1. Started investment in bull market not a good thing for long term investment right?

With interest rate trending upward, property market seems to slow down, GST looming, I doubt there will be much capital appreciation for reit for short to medium term.
Consolidation should be the trend for reit,
I forsee reit price to be traded in range bound for yield play for short to medium term.
I cannot brain any reason for reit to shoot up 10~20% from current pricing generally for most reit that under 5~6% unless due to individual reit yield improvement.

Want capital appreciation, better go for O&G sector stocks or ordinary stock.

everyday i pass by UOA damansara and observe the construction of MRT.

ASSUME that MRT station done and begin operation :

rental revision = more NPI = more DPU ?

I was wondering, now I manually track dividends received from the receipts mailed to me. Does any brokerage in Malaysia have a feature of generating a summary of dividends received for a client?
Probably not, but just asking.

EPF buys 5% stake in UOA REIT

The Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF) has emerged as a substantial shareholder of UOA Real Estate Investment Trust (UOA REIT), after buying some 21.21 million shares or a 5.01% direct stake in the latter.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, UOA REIT said the transaction was made in the open market on Tuesday (Sept 02).

I suppose EPF have been buying n trigger 5% ony on 2/9

Any1 can buy/sell any qty of shares BUT need to notify Bursa once aggregate holdings > 5%
