Consider to sell those stocks that still generate +ve returns plus those stocks that went up or never drop as compared to other stocks tat took a beating

Yeah, U never know if the winner will keep flying and the loser keep lao sai-ing laugh.gif

Learnt this lesson with Hup Seng Ping pong...though I still don't regret cos luckily the stocks I moved to (DiGi, DLADY and AxisREIT) performed well.

for 2nd class reits, net yield above 7.5%.
when total reach 20% of my total porfolio, i'll stop.

Qcapita might form a strong support at RM1.00, based on the horizontal support.. around 7% nett yield, combined with diluted earning

IGBREIT is 1st class REIT. If its DPS is 7 sen as forecasted by anal-yst, it still has a long way to drop before you'll enter.

I bought a bit recently, anticipating it might drop further and can top-up later. But, it went up instead doh.gif
If it continue to go up and I sell, then have to find other stocks to buy.
