CMT in SG is more powerful .... West / north / east /south also have their mall biggrin.gif

too bad the div yield is low compare to others. yawn.gif

In Asia only... not "around the world"
CMA, now fully owned by CapitaLand does have properties which they manage around the world but not retail. smile.gif

CMMT and most of the REITs can invest one.

IGB now pricing above average although those report said it should be higher price ~,~

Public bank research put target price for IGB Corp (not IGB REIT) quite high, outlook looks good.

Any opinion how accurate will it be ?
