QUOTE(Smurfs @ Oct 29 2014, 01:02 PM) if you want really long term i would suggest u hold pavreit. Thanks Smurfs, Because i felt invest in reits is less hassles compare with real property(rental and etc...) Since it has lowest / 2nd lowest gearing among Mreit. Qcapital wise i'm not sure whether MRCB would change the REIT's fundamental or not. Maybe other sifu here have better insight. So i will buy more before GST come into. |

QUOTE(gark @ Jan 29 2015, 01:48 PM) Nope never went there.. but you can see that CMMT have increased rental by 20-30% after take over... agreed with you Sifu Gark.... Whatever they did, must be a good job. Mines also have increased rental rates, except for SG wang which has reducing rental... But somehow I have confidence in the manager, capital malls Asia, which is managing like 50+ malls around the world. CMT in SG is more powerful .... West / north / east /south also have their mall too bad the div yield is low compare to others. |
