Didnt know that but at least, cant these people say thanks or some sort of appreciation?

Just take and go. Its quite rude to be honest.

Yup. There's been a lot of giveaways in this thread, but I found that most won't even post that they got it. That's just plain rude. sad.gif

That's why we can't have nice things. rclxub.gif

AFAIK, only Desura keys will show usernames that redeem the keys. Steam and Humble Bundle won't show you who redeemed them.

Thats why I do not give out games in a giveaways at all.

No point giving out for free and more than half taken by some ungrateful people.
*
Well, just put in SteamGifts LyN group giveaway and put a high CV. Then people would need to give stuff themselves before they can participate in it.

Cant be bothered. Steam Gifts is a nightmare to use.

And it is stuff that most people have it by now.
*
Install SteamGifts plus. It'll alleviate most of the common problems. And stuff most people have means more chance for that one particular person that don't have it. flex.gif

Guys, how do I ask submit steam a recommendation for greenlight?

I'm not a developer, but I really, really wish this game will be on steam someday

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monster_Tale

This game is awesome, but so obscure
*
You have to ask the developer to submit it to greenlight smile.gif

Might be a bot scanning for humble bundle links. If you want to do a giveaway, do it in SteamGifts LyN group.

Reposting this here to get more views:
I've found Mod Organizer, ENBoost, SKSE, SkyUI, StableUGridstoLoad and all the Unofficial Patches are necessary for the most basic Skyrim gameplay.

Other than that, Alternate Start, Helgen Reborn, Interesting NPCs, Vilja, SMIM, Immersive Weapons and Immersive Armor adds a lot to Skyrim it's basically a crime not to install them.

Anyone else have other mods in mind that are ultra-necessary? tongue.gif

my skyrim is too heavily moded with graphics and texture mods, it cant go more than 15 mins without damn crashing zzzz

Mine is heavily modded with graphics and texture mods too, but you need to apply some fixes/hacks to make it stable, i.e. using BOSS for load orders and DDSOPT to trim down and fix the dds files (texture files).

And most of the time Skyrim CTDs due to scripts rather than texture overload. Texture overload will usually cause lags instead.

To fix scripts, you have to use BOSS, and use TES5Edit to remove duplicate masters as well as WyreBash to merge bash patches. And also read the corresponding mod pages to know which is compatible and which is not.

Lastly you only need to apply a few High Resolution mods. I recommend using this guide to make your Skyrim faster and much more beautiful:
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50214

Go to the downloads section (Manual) and you'll find a merged high texture resolution for the Legendary Edition of Skyrim (that includes all the DLCs).

Also, do read Skyrim Total Enhancement Project as well and download all it's essential mods listed here:
http://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:2.2.8 (Read until Step 2.E but skip 2.B)

In the end, you'll have to learn what each option does and make a conscious decision to install/not install some mods.

Do you have frostfall, wet and cold, hunterborn and deadly dragons? Man, those mods really kick it up a notch. Just yesterday camping outside of Dawnstar a frost dragon came down while I'm freezing to death, sh*ts crazy. To me those are basically a Need to have. Then there's the immersive cities where when you enter a city you don't go into the loading screen, it just open up the gate of the city and voila' you're in.
*
I don't go for Combat mods, more towards exploration and textures. I might try it someday with a new save as some of the mods can be script heavy and mess up your saves if you load it halfway.

What's SMIM??

And Vilja, awesome choice of companion mod! She's an essential mod for me ever since Oblivion. Helped the modder with bug testing and troubleshooting back then when the mod first came out. The modder's a very awesome lady! Really love her works!
And as someone mentioned earlier. Frostfall and Realistic Needs are definitely a must! I tried Hunterborn and decided to not use it. Have a little too many mods and scripts running, don't feel like I should burden my laptop even more. Frostfall and Realistic Needs are enough for my immersion and RP purposes.

My essential mods besides the ones mentioned by you and everyone else
-wearable lanterns
-Ultimate FOllower Overhaul (UFO)
-Equipping Overhaul
-Dual Sheath Redux
-Dance of Death (changes the % of killcam happening)
-TK Dodge (Let's you dodge attacks and there's animation to it)
-mods that populate the cities, roads and all that
-Whiterun Market (adds a market outside the main gate of Whiterun, makes Whiterun feels more busy and fitting of being the trading hub of Skyrim)
-Bandoliers (adds bandoliers, pouches etc to increase carry weight and makes you feel like you are actually an adventurer carrying all your tools and loot)

I love animation mods (not too over the top stuff), and one that I am madly in love is YY Anim Replacer - Mystic Knight
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33914...d%3D33914&pUp=1
The animations look better and cooler and the sheathing animation is very very cool!

SMIM is Static Mesh Improvement Mod. Really improves the texture quality of a lot of items.

Wearable Lanterns is necessary if you use RLO as it's too dark otherwise.

I use Amazing Follower Tweaks though both are similar, just with a wee bit different interfaces.

Agh, I forgot about TK Dodge. I remember I wanted to install at least one combat mod, and that was it.

And forgot Bandoliers as well. Damn. Have to restart a new game to install those mods.

at least, the dev post an apology in the community hub.

Ahh, that ... well that kinda happened to quite a few other games that came out in a bundle a week after Steam Sale discounts as well as pretty new games that got bundled only a month or two after release.

Games like Dota2, TF2 and all competitive multiplayer games will have VAC. Which means Steam is pretty much NSAing a lot of Steam users out there.

Can't really get what VAC mean, and what is the effect?
*
VAC stands for Valve Anti-Cheat. It's a watchdog that looks through your processes to look for rootkits/hacks that helps you cheat in competitive multiplayer games. They've gone one step ahead by parsing your DNS entries (you query a DNS every time you enter a new website). So if you enter www.omgwtfbbqp0rnofmylifechicksetc.com, Valve will pretty much know about it.
