btw, MRCBs NU mall is doing better now.. more good tenants coming up.. bed bath n body works, some burger shop, cinema n gym also opened or opening soon..

retailers will use Nu sentral as a benchmark when deciding wthr to set up a shop in Semarak city

Maybe future had a transport pass by this project..
Actually this project go KLCC near,why not good since is mix developmet

yes i eat there/passby once in a while.. i still think the clothing shops losing money.. i don't see the rail transport pipu buying anything..

Nu sentral FnB doing Ok i think always full.. many high paying offices in KL Sentral (shell, CIMB IB, axiata) etc..

I duno why but they shouldn't have built so many floors la.. i think even the bookshop also not making money... although their tenants are good, pipu complain parking here is dam expensive to avoid short term parking pipu. duno whtr now got incentive to encourage shoppers to pay less for parking...

Haven parking at Nu sentral before..how much the parking rate?
Will it possible FNB tenant will be doin well at Semarak City?
I drop by that area, a lot malay food, with UTM..serounding 1-3km got school..another new places for shop if they had cinema also thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

not sure of the spending power there think its below average in KL.. i think UTM foreign students n faculty can support la..
