For MRT Circle Line 3, the Semarak station will probably be around here. If this is confirmed, i believe MRCB will make some changes to their design concept.

Everyday passing by Jalan Semarak just see this piece of land terbiar like this only, i have no idea when will the developer take action. Lol

And the road over there are so many hole !!

Maybe this company need learn froma A.Kayamas which can handle so many projects at the same time... This place good for insects n dengue..

Not road upgrading? construction along the road. I reckon they are expanding the lanes there. Sri Rampai area will benefits a lot after this with the improvement along this road.

Called to developer office to enquire on this project.. seems like non of their employee aware on this project.. Left my contact details and taktau when will they revert me back
