Nokia has a Theme Studio available for 60 series phones (like the Nokia 6600/7610/6630/6680). Nokia themes can include any of the following elements: Idle screen wallpaper Application Shell icons Colors Screen savers Signal and battery strength graphics Volume and slider graphics Scrolling indicators Analog and digital clocks

The Series 60 Theme Studio can:

-View ready-made skin packages
-Create Theme packages from scratch
-Create Theme packages by mixing ready-made components
-Edit previously created Theme packages from Theme source files

6600 can use .wav file as ringtone only .mp3 files cant...other than that you still can use midi ringtones...
the best program to convert .mp3 file into other types of file is DBpower Converter...

Acoustica Converter Pro is a great choice but my personal fav would be Sony Soundforge 8.0. Acclaimed for its power, stability, and no-nonsense interface...
Perfect for digital audio editing, recording, effects processing, streaming content creation, forensic audio, and more...
