Use a card reader. Then make sure you set your computer to show all hidden files.
That's it thumbup.gif

Yup, that's the way to do it.
You don't need any software to do it.

After that

1. right click on the system folder
2. click properties
3. untick the "Hidden" attribute

and you can view the folder each time you access the memory card smile.gif

just get yourself smartmovie, and convert the movies into .avi

dont waste time with the built in player(i've no idea how good or bad it is,but i couldnt care less...smartmovie is the only thing i use for playing movies.. tongue.gif )

and use Oggplay for your music needs(use Ogg instead of big ass mp3s)

Its not a perfect solution either.
Just IMPO, mp3 is more widely used.
People often convert or download songs in this format.
However, if the user has to convert all the songs everytime he downloads, it's quite a tedious job to do.
Anyway, luckily both Ogg player and UltraMP3 player are supporting the both formats.
So, sending or receiving files from peers will not be that troublesome.
Just in case they have only ogg files but their friends don't have an Ogg player or the otehr way round.

yeah,it's not exactly perfect..
i've lost count how many times my classmates ask me to share a song with them, only to let them down by saying i'm using ogg sweat.gif *though i usually get a blink.gif "apa tu?" face beforehand laugh.gif *

the best solution for a symbian/smartphone user would be to use ogg,but if you're lazy, and dont mind less songs, then by all means stick with mp3s biggrin.gif

converting isnt that much of a hassle, imo, since most converters (or atleast the one im using huh.gif ) save the settings, and all you need to do is drag and drop thumbup.gif
