Hi guys, while washing my car today. I noticed this while filling my water for my wiper.

I sometimes only drive around 140 km/h but I am not sure if this is a leakage ? is this serious ? my car is about to reach 11,000 km and going for my 3rd service with Proton.

Please advise ASAP.

I remember last time you mentioned that we can trailbrake a gaga into a corner because the front ARB is behind the wheels.

Why is that? and what is the difference if the front ARB is in front of the wheels (ala Maivee)?

go complain with proton, the water leakage will destroy the ignition coil cable,if is serious, the water will leak into the piston thru the ignition coil cable, then ur conrod and piston will patah coz kena water, then it will shoot thru the block,to cause a massive damage to the block, where it will have the effect like the block kena punch by mohamad ali

Well my concern is I thought normally engine area should be dry ... then suddenly this patch of what looks like water appeared.

So please tell me if your explanation above is for "real" ?

Is this covered by warranty ? Probably when I go for my next service can ask them check and see ?

11,000km and going for 3rd service hence I assume your car should still be under warranty.

It's worth a check and please get to the Proton-Edar Service Centre (try avoid dealer, most dealers hate when it comes to warranty claim) best is COSE...

Ask them what is the issue and they should be able to explain..

If they said nothing happens then make sure you insist for an explanation on what caused that//... and sometimes I will even go to the extend and ask them to remark in the receipt that they have done a full-scale check on this problem and found no issue.

Then wipe it clean and monitor the issue from time to time, do not hesitate to get back to there or contact WeCare if you see this again...

Have you determined if that patch is water or oil?

Wipe it clean, drive around or spray water on it and see if it reappears.
