i find that 5w30 ..the engine feels smoother ... but like less power
10w40 like the engine is rougher but more power

From what I saw on the Gaga's retracting mechanism, my guess is that if you see any wire running from the mechanism, it has pre-tensioners. They usually go hand in hand with airbags.

I'm not sure actually But regardless of which type, the fact that there is a wire to activate the pre-tensioners indicates its existence.

There's also the mechanical type per-tensioner. Most cars have them. You can try this, try pulling your seat belt rapidly and it will refuse to extend. Then you need to release it in order for it to re-extend again.

I identified myself juz now...iz coco in color, frm my own view its kinda on pop up on paint surface. Even my bonet juz went for new paint layer coat also got this kind of spot...really sad nw.

If jiu r toking about when brake time the seat belt will lock, that's not the pretensioner, that's only a retainer/retractor malfunction.
