By the way, GTI mentioned he changed a part at Bengkel Excellent Auto at RM680. Not sure if it's the oxygen sensor but it's not too far off from RM750 if that's the part.

Certainly not cheap if "something" fails on the Ford Focus. Just last year, replaced the air-cond compressor at RM1,600 or 1,700 at Bengkel Excellent Auto. A bit cheaper than the price at the service centre is RM2,100. All my previous cars do not have issues with the air-cond compressor, even when driven more than 10 years. The one on the Ford Focus already failed when it's slightly more than 3 years old.

Guys, I'd like to compile a list of issues we've faces as owners. I'll start with mine! Top up to this so we can see what can/has/could go wrong again !

Clutch 3 times? Did u also had to change some other part such as shift fork and etc... ?

Surprised to hear that it costs RM755 just to change the brake pads. I presume the cost includes the brake pads itself and not labour alone? If that's the case then it may sound logical.

The labour to change the brake pads at Bengkel Auto is RM40 if I am not mistaken. I still have the original replacement brake pads (front and rear) given to me 2 years ago. Will likely change the front brake pads either late this year or next year.

just repaired my aircond , confirmed condenser leaked, cost = RM270 (labour cost + gas) + condenser (RM450) warranty one year for condenser.

just go to any SC. ask them to change for all 4 doors. no charge.
