chinwah, maybe you go ask Vanquish.
our friend already updated the firmware to R1JC002 thru SEUS...
how come Vanquish can update, yours cant ?
must got some problem lo...

the firmware shouldnt be have a problem... all phone should be able to support the firmware..

1. i off my phone and take out the sim card
2. i took out the battery and put back in again
3. i press C then plug the cabel to connect to the com
4. i click on the update file

I think you're doing it right but make sure you keep the "C" pressed and hold until the SEUS screen asks you to release the "C" button.

BTW, is urs AP unit or ORI unit?

though had some difficulties at 1st..cos no usb driver for the hp...hahahhahaa...

btw..thanks for the tips n tricks....

i found some problem here....
sometimes the memory m2 card will auto detach...then have to off the phone and take the card out and attach it back again... then your phone will read the card again ..... anyone face this problem before?

the m2 card auto detach? u mean the phone cant read the card sometime and u hv to switch it off and re-insert the whole thing. if that happened frequent, there might be something wrong with the phone or m2. try to take it to service center to check and repair.

and usually you dont have to switch off the phone just to get the card out and reinsert. it is hot-swappable.

next time jux try like what youngkies has said.. juz press out the m2 memory card and reinsert it back again.. tat will do...

The USB driver for the HP comes with the PC Suite software. Just download the latest one from SE Website and install and you'll have the driver automatically installed...

mine is ORI....erm.... would like to know if i can transfer files from my phone to the com means i already downloaded the USB thing from the PC suite?

the only error i got from updating the phone is
a notice pop up from the windows saying something bout the window logo....

and i have 2 options to choose which are continue or not and
they wrote if continue i will have some difficulties in the future or something like that....

chinwah, can update your firmware ?
maybe you try the trick from Vanquish.
press " C " until it tell you to release it...

erm... they wrote the software has not pass windows logo testing to verify its compatibility with windows XP...
what does that means?

u can put ur games file in the application folder..

haha..i noe its in the pc suite...but i din install it cos at 1st it told me tat did not pass license....ask me wanna continue anot..he say mayb next time got problem wor..scared me loe...hhaha///
