I chose Monlis 1.... Cause the width of the build up is higher than Monlis 2. Was considering Lucento top, but the build up is smaller.

Lucento still have 6 units I think. Wanted to get a corner Lucento at first, but realize I can't do extension so no point and it's close to the guard house.

In Monlis 1 layout, there are 2 utility room, one below the stairs and one beside kitchen.
If you demolish the one beside kitchen, can create huge space for kitchen extension to the study area...thinking of putting up a bar there ... He he
Since got 4 rooms, I don't need to use all can always use one for storage.
Somehow, the build up for semi d is small. Need to create space so that it look spacious.......

yup i knew there's one below stairs and one beside kitchen, but my feeling is the one below stairs is too small.
Using another room for store room is an option, but definitely not my choice, will see how things can be planned.
