wonder why sp setia so vague on all this things. For example, alarm system and intercom to guard hse is confirm given by SA, but not in specs nor SPA. Well, hopefully there will be more surprises than dissapointment when VP.

Just saw Eco majestic master plan. Semi D cluster 32x75 and 35x75, semi D is 40x80. Terrace smallest 20x70. Quick look at the design, nicest is the semi D, 40x80 called Malta, with nice balcony. Indicative price from 1.2M for it, cluster semi D from 800-900k.

Precinct 1 is terrace and Precint 2 is semi d and bungalow. Both these are closest to ecohill, just at the ecohill link to Lekas. Commercial for Eco majestic is right at a new interchange to Lekas

Yeah....me also SEH buyer. Think EW won't price this first launch out of reach....since will be LkS strategy also.i think price would be higher but not significantly higher.
I simply ask the SA what is semi D build up and he says above 3k sf....if that's true then not good news for SEH since our buildup is small. Anyhow, their cluster semi D already have smaller land size since largest also 35x75 so don't think build up will be much higher.
Just flip through the facade for the cluster semi D, me still prefer SEH though. Only Malta which is their semi D looks good .....

Just mention April or May. Think would be soon....he was flipping through his ipad and I saw master plan, facade of each type, artist impression of gardens, linear park, etc etc. So all info quite ready already....so shouldn't be long I guess.

probably....surely got to wait till their WC siap. I did saw the main entrance on the master plan....but was flipping through thus not in detail. Main entrance to precint 1 and 2 which should be launch first is right beside the Ecohill link in EM area.

As far i can remember, if you draw ecohill link straight down to EM, then the precint 1 is on the left (looking from top towards ecohill), and precint 2 on the right. EM interchage to LEKAS is at the most south of EM, and there's where all the commercial plans are.

Yes, only in terms of where the precint are, but only a small portion of it beside the ecohill link as this is where they will launch first. A large part in the center of EM is just mark as future development for more residential, which i do not know what is it.

If i am not mistaken, there is a link road that connect to Jalan Semenyih, which should be the main entrance, and not using the ecohill link as main. (don't quote me on this....didn't see clearly on this part).

Yeah, EM is abit different compare to SEH as it is a little deeper inside from the Jalan Semenyih, not like SEH, just beside it. If that's the case, most likely it will be linked via the 2 lanes route along College Professional Mara Beranang...  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

more info...maybe someone can go find out more.. (again don't quote me as i just convey what SA said)

1) info got from SA in a booth for EW in Subang Parade....for Saujana Glenmarie. I also just found out that EW bought over Saujana O-Lot....they are selling the remaining units there ....from 3M onwards for it.

2) SA also said largest Strata development ever...

3) Quoted maintenance fee is around 400-500+

4) Did see artist impression of the landscape...and lots of lakes and linear park.

5) Land is lower compare to Ecohills.

RHB can only give me -2.45 if I take MRTA. Without MRTA, they only offer -2.40

Think it you also depend on its progress. I bought Monlis and rebate should be able to cover as Monlis seems to be the slowest progress.....and alternatively when the completion is say 70% and above! you can opt to start full repayment thus avoiding only paying interest.
