Think it you also depend on its progress.  I bought Monlis and rebate should be able to cover as Monlis seems to be the slowest progress.....and alternatively when the completion is say 70% and above! you can opt to start full repayment thus avoiding only paying interest.

Ok bro, thanks for tip and assurance notworthy.gif

Bro, is the "DIBS" scheme clearly stated in your Loan Agreement. If so, you can ask your banker why progressive billing interest is recorded in your loan account.

Offer DIBS scheme but progressive interest is recorded in your loan account, isn't the bank already contradict on itself?  doh.gif  doh.gif

What you mention is true as well. Nevertheless, Monlis and Pistia belong to the second phase houses, presumably SPS will not request for billing so fast since they should already have the schedule for the construction progress, which based on this schedule, they computed out the 3%. Thus, I believe more or less should be about the same... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

By the way, I personally believe SPS don't really bother to collect the progressive payment a couple months late, as without it, they also can proceed with the construction work without any problem... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

This has been clearly proved for the DSL units which piling already being started even before the SPA signed.. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

Bro, no need to worry lah.. I believe as long as "DIBS" is clearly written on your Loan agreement, somehow the bank will request the developer to pay for the interest.

I think you just need to clarify with your banker, since ultimately the bank is responsible charging the progressive interest.

Bro, I not sure of this but many others know. Best is get in touch with SEH team and see what they say. Your unit is terrace or semi-D? If terrace then confirm is individual. I think got written in SnP smile.gif

Different between the 2 I not 100% sure and only know abit. Best is google to get the answer or someone from here can help you smile.gif
