Thus, I believe more or less should be about the same...

By the way, I personally believe SPS don't really bother to collect the progressive payment a couple months late, as without it, they also can proceed with the construction work without any problem...

This has been clearly proved for the DSL units which piling already being started even before the SPA signed..

I think you just need to clarify with your banker, since ultimately the bank is responsible charging the progressive interest.

Bro, I not sure of this but many others know. Best is get in touch with SEH team and see what they say. Your unit is terrace or semi-D? If terrace then confirm is individual. I think got written in SnP
