Bro Sam/doom doom/neo,

I got a reply from SEH team and was informed not possible to install boom gate and access card system due to cost and precinct one is just guarded and not gated and guarded like precicnt 1. Anyway, i have send another email to them and say a few more words. See how they will reply to me. If need to, I will write to management team directly (provided I know who are them smile.gif ).

Which bank/financing company offers the most competitive rate for SEH? And what is the lock in period? looking to get 750k loan.

I assuming you are buying SEH....stamp duty, legal feels and loan is bare by developer in this case.

RHB can only give me -2.45 if I take MRTA. Without MRTA, they only offer -2.40

Btw,I was informed by my banker that i can get BLR -2.4. how u guys manage to get BLR -2.45?

Well, for this project all legal fees and stamp duty on the SPA and the loan documentation is FULLY BORNE by SPS. rclxms.gif thumbup.gif
