Bro Sam/doom doom/neo, I got a reply from SEH team and was informed not possible to install boom gate and access card system due to cost and precinct one is just guarded and not gated and guarded like precicnt 1. Anyway, i have send another email to them and say a few more words. See how they will reply to me. If need to, I will write to management team directly (provided I know who are them  ).

Which bank/financing company offers the most competitive rate for SEH? And what is the lock in period? looking to get 750k loan.

No matter how leng chai you are, there is NO WAY that SPS is going to give 100% discount for their properties. You can however keep on dreaming for this and also dreaming how leng chai you are.

LOL ... I am sure you are younger than me ... Well, for this project all legal fees and stamp duty on the SPA and the loan documentation is FULLY BORNE by SPS.
