I have been staying in Cheras since 3 day old till now lo ... born n breed in cheras geh

Recently the traffic has gone from bad to worse due to MRT reallignment of roads but fortunately my taman is nearer to KL part, so the traffic is still bearable lo 

1st 2 days in hospital ma, 3rd day balik rumah, jau Cheras until now lo .. 35yrs++ jor 

Mine is Tesco Cheras there, so the jam is still bearable lo

lol... No worry bro Treehill, when a place is under development, sooner or later there will be many access road, that is a norm nia... Semenyih used to be a small kampung, now under transformation, accessibility wise sure will improved later...   

Sam kor, if this in fact finally became a reality, do you think it is a good or bad move for SPS, particular the existing buyers of SPS? I read that he wanted to partner with Tan Sri Liew to acquire SPS shares from PNB but Tan Sri Liew has no interest to partner with him at all.

The fact I know is EcoWorld has a big land for development in Semenyih, and they are the frontier in successful township development, while MMC-Gamuda is the main company to handle the MRT project.

If MMC-Gamuda has special interest in Semenyih and there is an urgent requirement, we will have chances to see the very first rail public transport enter Semenyih area loh...   

MRT seems very focus on Kajang area, as in Kajang alone, already have 3 stations, why not have another one in Semenyih then...
